Christmas is NEXT WEEK

WOW. This year has flown by. Where did it go? Now Christmas is next week!!! My favorite time of the year. I could do without all this cold weather though. BUT according to one weather guy we have a chance of snow on Christmas Eve Eve. It would be amazing to have a white Christmas. I don't think I have ever had one. It just really doesn't feel like Christmas this year. I don't know what it is, but something is missing. I got most of my Christmas shopping done. Just have one thing left to get Friday. All I gotta say is LET IT SNOW LET IT SNOW LET IT SNOW!!!!

My dad took me to the screening of Up In The Air last night. Excellent movie!! I loved it! Of course I am a huge George Clooney fan. It was a great movie.

Other than that there is not too much going on over here. Except an ex-boyfriend coming back into my life. I will blog about that later. Maybe next week, maybe not. :)

Happy Thursday!

My Top 5

Just for the heck of it. The idea from one of my dear coworkers blog. Top 5 hottest celebrity men list! These are like your go to guys. So here is mine.

#5: Carey Hart. It's the tattoos and the bad boy image that I love I guess. I sure do enjoy watching MotoX because of him. I sure am jealous of Pink.

#4: Oh McDreamy. Patrick Dempsey. One of the only reasons I watch Greys Anatomy. I just love him.

#3: Another Freestyle MotoX rider, Kyle Loza. Another tattoo bad boy image. I love watching him at the X-Games.

#2: Charlie Hunnam. AkA Jax Teller from Sons of Anarchy. I just fell in love with him on this show. Now he is one of my favorites.

#1: George Clooney. I have always loved George. He is my number 1, what I like to call GaGa. I will watch just about anything with him in it. I think he is absolutely the most gorgeous man ever. Call me crazy, but he is very handsome and my number one choice.

Well there you have it my top 5! Have a great day everyone! :)

Time For Change

After putting it off and procrastinating it is finally time to start getting healthy and eating better. My lifestyle just makes me feel so blah right now. I want energy. I want to feel good about myself. So a new leaf as been turned.

I am a big fan of the show Biggest Loser. It just motivates and inspires me so much. So I am doing their Pound for Pound challenge. I pledged to lose 18lbs. I know if they can do it, I can too.

It's not just about losing the weight. It is about getting healthy and eating better and just living a healthier lifestyle. Being able to run a 5k without feeling like I am going to die by the end. Having energy and not being so tired every day. I know I can do this. Even if I am the only one that is supporting me.

So I will begin everyday with a run on the treadmill for about an hour-hour and a half. I will end every night with biking for a hour at least. I will start making better food choices. It's going to be hard because boy do I love me some Taco Bell. I can do this. I am UNSTOPPABLE!

These 18lbs are going down! I can't wait till they are gone. It will be a major accomplishment and the start to living a healthier lifestyle.

So why sit around. Why not start this journey today for the better you. I believe in you. Do you believe in yourself?

Wish me luck. Hope everyone has a wonderful Wednesday!

TGIF

It's finally Friday! I never thought it would get here. It has been a hectic week that's for sure. But it is my favorite time of the year. I love the holiday season. Doing the Grizzly House 5k tomorrow morning. It benefits St. Jude, but it is going to be so cold. Then I have my brothers basketball game at noon. He is an amazing basketball player. I love going to his games and cheering him on. Then tomorrow afternoon we have the big game. Florida vs. Bama. Go Gators. Yes, Tebow fan right here. Other than that I hope to have a relaxing weekend.

After work I am going to get out and do a little Christmas shopping. I want to beat the crowds.

I didn't really have a Christmas wishlist this year. BUT I do know what I want for my birthday. I want Duff from Charm City Cakes to make me a Monkey cake. That would be the best present ever. I just love Duff, and I watch his show Ace of Cakes everytime it is on tv. Gosh, that's all I want. I would really love to meet him. If only he lived here. Haha.

Hope everyone has a great Friday. I know I'm excited it's the weekend!

Love the Holidays

I hate fake people. Just needed to say that. Mmkay. The weekend was okay. Friday night my mother and I watched My Sister's Keeper, and I don't think we both have ever cried so hard in our lives. It is by far the saddest movie I have ever seen, and my mother agrees. It just made me thankful to be doing all the work I do for St. Jude. I love that place. Then Saturday we headed to the theater to see The Blind Side, and boy was it packed. This was such an inspirational story. I read the book and loved it. I also loved the movie. It shows there are still good people left in this world, God bless them. I was so lazy Sunday. Seriously just layed around and watched football ALL day. Then watched the AMA's that night. I won't go into it, because I have a lot to say about Lambert's performance.

Thanksgiving is this week and I absolutely cannot wait. I love getting together with family and just spending the day together. Not to mention stuffing my face with all the delicious food. I can't wait.

Christmas music playing in the office and it makes me so happy. Something about Christmas music can always just cheer me up. I am so very excited for Christmas, can't wait. It's my favorite Holiday by far.

Hope everyone has blessed Tuesday.

Manic Monday

The weekend has come and gone. One of my favorite months is over. Bye bye October. At least I still have December to look forward to. I stayed in Friday night because it was so yuck outside. But Saturday morning I got up and did Race for the Cure. It was awesome. This year brought out the biggest crowd ever. Over 16,000 people participated. That is amazing!! Later that night I got to see all the cute little trick-or-treaters come by. They kept taking all of my candy. HaHa. Then church Sunday was amazing as usual. Started a new series about money and so far I like it.

I registered for Grizzly House 5k. This is one of my favorite races to do. I love supporting St. Jude. It is on December 5th and I can't wait. I just have a passion for helping people, especially kids, they hold a special place in my heart. It is really great just to give back during the holiday season.

Well I guess I better get back to work. Have a good one.
